The Battle du Chaos is a hip-hop event created by Moncef Zebiri and the Free Styles company, with DJ Greezly on the decks, in partnership with La Demeure du Chaos.
The battle takes place in one of the region’s most unusual and original settings: La Demeure du Chaos, an open-air contemporary art museum located in Saint-Romain-au-Mont-d’Or, just a few kilometres from Lyon. Home to 6,300 works and known for its apocalyptic atmosphere, the site offers the perfect setting for bringing urban art and hip-hop dance together, creating a truly immersive experience for both participants and audiences.
Surrounded by sculptures, installations and a one-of-a-kind atmosphere, the battle takes on a whole new dimension. Here, the setting is not just a backdrop, it is an energy. A raw space for expression where movement enters into dialogue with art, styles cross paths, and the intensity of the circle does the rest.
