Since 2013, the CCNR has a special relationship with the city of Yokohama in Japan. Miwa Okuno, laureate of Dance Collection EX 2013 came in our studios last year and Yuval Pick will be a jury for the next edition in 2015.
This season, the CCNR receives Kwon Ryung-Eun who won the Yokohama Dance Collection EX 2014, she will come during one month to create her new piece.

"About the project I plan to research and develop during this six months residency.
Recently I happened to ask myself a lot about “what makes me angry?”. I will soon go for a travel to a place I've always wanted to go. It is like a dream coming true.
It will be certainly a place of many joy, happiness and excitement but what I really wonder and am curious about is what will make me confused, disappointment me or make me angry. By this way I hope to encounter what I couldn't think about or expect." Kwon Ryung-Eun
