Finding the right balance between physical strength and momentum in our dancing is one of the challenges this class will be addressing, learning to coordinate our bodies to move faster, lighter, getting our breathing up to speed. We will look at how we can develop our awareness and control what we think we are doing as opposed to just watching what happens. Using dance phrases and floor material, we will apply this knowledge and turn it into fabulous dancing.
